Bergland Boat Dock to Close From August 18th to 20th

BERGLAND, MI - Friday, August 15, 2008 - The Department of Natural Resources' Bergland Boat Dock in Ontonagon County will be closed temporarily, beginning Monday, August 18th, to allow for C&N Railroad to repair tracks that cross the entrance road to the access site. Construction is expected to last for two days, with the site reopening on Wednesday, August 20th.

Alternate access to Lake Gogebic can be found at Lake Gogebic State Park, the Ontonagon County Park and the Lake Gogebic East Side boat access sites.
