Planning Commission to Hear Public Comment on Auto Parts Store Site Plan

IRONWOOD, MI - Saturday, November 15, 2008 - Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the City of Ironwood Planning Commission on Wednesday, December 03, 2008, at 5:30 PM in the Commission Chambers, 2nd Floor, Memorial Building, 213 South Marquette Street, Ironwood, MI.

The purpose of the hearing is to review and hear comment on the Site Plan that has been submitted by O'Reilly's Auto Parts for the property located at 325 East Cloverland Drive; Ironwood, MI 49938 (parcel 27-52-22-201-340). O'Reilly's Auto Parts has proposed the demolition of the current main structure and the construction of a building on the site.

Interested persons will have the opportunity to be heard at the time and place announced in this notice. No hearsay or individual surveys will be accepted as testimony; only written or ral presentations will be acknowledged. Written comment can be submitted to the Ironwood Zoning Board of Appeals, Memorial Building, 213 South Marquette Street, Ironwood, MI 49938, prior to the scheduled Public Hearing; they may also be faxed to (906) 932-5745. A copy of the application and other pertinent information is on file and available for public inspection in the City Clerk's Office, Memorial Building, Ironwood, MI during normal business hours (7:30 AM to 4:00 PM).
