Alfred Wright Boulevard Ribbon Cutting Planned For the 8th

IRONWOOD, MI - Thursday, October 02, 2008 - The City of Ironwood invites the public to help participate in the inauguration and ribbon cutting for the new Alfred Wright Boulevard reconstruction project. The ribbon cutting will be held at 5:30 PM, Wednesday, October 8, 2008, at the intersection of Alfred Wright Boulevard and Oak Street. After the ribbon cutting there will be a dedication of the first off-street multi-use pathway that has been constructed in the community. The dedication of the pathway will include a community walk from Oak Street to Lime Street along the new path. There will be refreshments provided afterwards.
