Alfred Wright Boulevard Heading Towards the Finish Line

IRONWOOD, MI - Thursday, September 11, 2008 - Finishing touches on the Alfred Wright Boulevard project are in process. Notice the paint truck in the photo above is painting the center stripe on the street. Also notice the car following the paint truck in both of the photos. Hopefully the driver of the car doesn't need to make a left turn ahead!

Anyway, the former condition of this street was an embarrassment to the community. Now, it's something the City can truly be proud of. The contractors and the City workers did a great job on this project.
