Strassenfest Tonight!

IRONWOOD, MI - Friday, September 12, 2008 - Strassenfest is a German street dance or block party. Ironwood's first ever Strassenfest kicks off tonight at 5:00 PM. This event has been put together to benefit the Historic Ironwood Theatre.

Performing tonight will be the Strassenfest Brass, featuring a 9-piece band, direct from Germany! There is no admission charge for the event that is held under the tent at the Historic Ironwood Depot.

Brats, Beer, Potato Salad, Hamburgers and German Sausage will be served. Dancing will begin at 6:00 PM.
