Water Breaks Keep City Crews Busy

IRONWOOD, MI - Saturday, December 12, 2009 - Another water leak on the 6 inch water main on west US-2 is seen being repaired by the city water crew. The pipe snapped around the circumference making for a fairly easy repair with a full circle clamp once the crew got through six inches of asphalt and 10 inches of concrete. There was only a few inches of frost under the pavement.
