Polar Bear Mite Team Does It Again

IRONWOOD, MI - Monday February 02, 2009 - The Polar Bear Mites team traveled to Eagle River, Wisconsin on Saturday, winning both of their games. In game one, the Bears defeated the Eagles by a score of 6-0. In game two, they once again defeated the Eagles, 7-1. On Sunday, the Bears were in Iron River, Michigan for two more games. Game one, the Bears beat the Ice Hawks, 5-2. Game two went to the Bears with a score of 15-1.

On Sunday, February 8th, the Polar Bear Mites travel team will combine with the Polar Bear Mite In-House team. The red team will play against Iron River, Wisconsin at 11:30 and the teal team will play at 2:30. Both games will be held at the Civic Center.
