Reader Seeks Help Locating Missing Cat

IRONWOOD, MI - Sunday, July 26, 2009 - This afternoon the Chronicle received an email from George Hallisey asking for our help. According to the email:

I live near the corner of West Pine and Alfred Wright Boulevard. Early in the morning of July 25th, someone tried to enter my home through a kitchen window. They were not successful, but did remove the screen. My cat, a tortoiseshell long-haired female, climbed through the opening and has not been seen since. Attached is a photo. If she is found, please call me at 932-1073.
