Boating Club Builds Fish Cleaning House at Saxon Harbor

SAXON HARBOR, WI - Monday, March 30, 2009 - Members and volunteers of the Saxon Harbor Boating Club are pictured above working on the new fish cleaning station at Saxon Harbor early Sunday morning. The fish cleaning station will be a valuable addition to the Harbor. It will house a stainless steel cleaning table that will funnel the entrails to a grinder and then routed to a holding tank which can be pumped out when needed. The building will be handicapped accessible. Kudos to the Boating Club and all who have made improvements to the new Saxon Harbor. From a idea; to design; through construction; the new Saxon Harbor is something Iron County can be proud of.
