An Invitation to Hear HyettPalma's Plan For the Downtown

IRONWOOD, MI - Friday, May 08, 2009 - GREETINGS! As you may be aware, the City of Ironwood, with the support of the Downtown Ironwood Development Authority (DIDA) and the Ironwood City Commission, was selected to participate in the Blueprints for Michigan's Downtowns program this past year, and we recently completed the data collection efforts in conjunction with the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA), the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC), and HyettPalma (a nationally-renowned downtown consulting firm). The partnerships established/strengthened through this process are extremely important in helping our community meet its goals.

This is a friendly invitation to join us next Tuesday, May 12th, at 7:00 PM as HyettPalma will be in town to present Ironwood's Blueprints for Michigan's Downtowns document. The meeting will take place at Gogebic Community College, Room B-21, and will run until 8:30 PM.
