Planning Commission to Hold CIP Public Hearing June 3rd

IRONWOOD, MI - Friday, May 15, 2009 - NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Ironwood Planning Commission (IPC) on Wednesday, June 3, 2009 beginning at 5:15 PM, Community Development Conference Room, 2nd Floor, Memorial Building, 213 South Marquette Street, Ironwood, Michigan.

The purpose of the hearing is to introduce and hear comment from the public on the proposed 2009-2015 Capital Improvements Plan (CIP) of the City of Ironwood.

Interested persons will have the opportunity to be heard at the time and place announced in this notice. No hearsay or individual surveys will be accepted as testimony; only written or oral presentations will be acknowledged. Written comments can be submitted to the Ironwood Planning Commission, Memorial Building, 213 South Marquette Street, Ironwood, Michigan 49938, prior to the scheduled Public Hearing; they may also be faxed to (906) 932-5745. A copy of proposed Capital Improvements Plan (CIP) is on file and available for public inspection in the City Clerk’s Office, Memorial Building, 213 South Marquette Street, Ironwood, Michigan during normal business hours (7:30 AM to 4:00 PM).
