Northwoods Christian Academy Holds Pie Sale

HURLEY, WI - Friday, September 25, 2009 - Let us make your holiday dessert! Northwoods Christian Academy is once again taking orders for home made deep dish Dutch Apple Pies to be ready for you to bake for your Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner (or both). Each pie is filled with 6 cups of freshly peeled apples and topped off with a delicious brown sugar/butter crumble topping.

The unbaked, boxed pies will be ready for you to pick up on Saturday, October 17th between noon and 6:00 PM at Northwoods Christian Academy in Hurley (located next to the Iron County Courthouse in the Range Community Bible Church building). The pies are ready to freeze for baking later, or you can bake it immediately to enjoy.

We had wonderful compliments about how delicious our pies were from last year’s customers, and many of our customers told us how they wished they had ordered more! So, don't just buy one to enjoy immediately, but why not buy extra so that you'll be able to freeze them for the upcoming Holidays? Can’t you just smell the aroma of fresh apple pie baking in your oven? Yum! The costs are: one pie for $12, two pies for $22, or three or more pies for $10 each.
