CNN Correspondent Dana Bash to Cover Tea Party Express Here

IRONWOOD, MI - Thursday, April 8, 2010 - If you have the time or inclination today YOU might make the news!

CNN Senior Congressional Correspondent, Dana Bash, will be in Ironwood/Bessemer (to cover the Tea Party Express). A reliable source says Ms. Bash will be checking out Thursday morning "kaffeeklatches" looking for comments from area residents. My source also reported that Ms. Bash expressed astonishment that any progressives existed here! In her CNN post this morning, Ms. Bash also posed the question: "Is Michigan Democratic Representative Bart Stupak considering retiring?" http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2010/04/07/stupak-considering-retirement/?fbid=PmNFaNcfVDs#more-98451

The following are places were recommended to her:

  • The Pines, 120 South Suffolk Street, Ironwood
  • The Breakwater, 1111 East Cloverland Drive, Ironwood
  • Kinda Kountry Kafe, 1002 East Lead Street, Bessemer
  • Randall's Bakery, 505 Sunday Lake Street, Wakefield

And maybe even lunchtime at:

  • Tacconelli's Down Towne, 215 South Suffolk Street, Ironwood

There is no telling where she will show up; and there other places where folks gather for coffee. By the way, Dana Bash spent the 2008 election cycle covering the Republicans ...
