42nd Paavo Nurmi Marathon On Pace to Be Bigger Than Ever
HURLEY, WI - Friday, August 6, 2010 - According to Rita Franzoi, Race Director, as of noon yesterday, Thursday, August 5, 2010 registrations for the 42nd Annual Paavo Nurmi Marathon are as follows:
Full Marathon : 154½ Marathon : 71
2 person relay teams: 32 teams = 64
5 person relay teams: 44 teams = 220
Franzoi noted that this is right in line with last year’s numbers and her hope was to meet and / or exceed.
