Mercer Schools Hold Bedtime Story Pajama Drive

MERCER, WI - Wednesday, December 15, 2010 - Mercer Elementary students display some of the pajamas collected in the "Mercer School's Bedtime Story Pajama Drive." Students in grades k-6 donated 37 sets of new children's pajamas. The P.T.S.A. matched their donations with over $200 worth of books. Each book was paired with a set of pajamas. The books and pajamas will be given as gifts to local families in need.

Students celebrated the culmination of the "Mercer School's Bedtime Story Pajama Drive" with a pajama party on December 9, 2010. Hana Joustra (Kindergarten), Haylie Woolf (6th grade) and Samantha Barton (Kindergarten) share a story while they snack on cookies and hot cocoa.
