El Dorado Coming to Ironwood Soon!

ASHLAND, WI - by Keri Singleton - Wednesday, February 24, 2010 - The El Dorado fame of Ashland, Wisconsin, will be coming to Ironwood, Michigan in April, 2010. People will soon get to choose to eat at El Dorado on Cloverland Drive, and enjoy authentic Mexican food.

The owners of El Dorado; Jesus Hernandez and Jose J. Alvarez, say the needed construction and renovations will be done in time to open sometime in April. El Dorado will be located at 135 Cloverland Drive, next to Ink RX. If you want to try El Dorado’s food now, they are located at 2320 Lake Shore Drive West, Ashland, Wisconsin. In December when I interviewed Jesus, he was unsure if the new restaurant would be named El Dorado or not, but he told me tonight that it WILL also be named EL DORADO.

Jesus and Jose have almost 30 years of experience between them in the Mexican Food Business, so it’s easy to see why the food is so wonderful. They will offer some American choices; such as a chicken basket with fries, and seafood choices. The authentic Mexican fare will include enchiladas, fajitas, burritos, and tacos. They will also offer ten vegetarian dishes.
