Thursday - Patchy fog in the morning. A slight chance of freezing drizzle and snow in the morning...then a slight chance of drizzle...freezing drizzle and snow in the afternoon. Mostly cloudy. Highs around 34. West winds 10 to 15 mph becoming northwest in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation 20 percent. 

Thursday Night - Mostly cloudy with a 20 percent chance of freezing drizzle and snow showers. Lows around 19. Northwest winds 5 to 10 mph becoming west after midnight.
