Wednesday Is Activity Day at the Natural Resources Center

BESSEMER, MI - Monday, June 28, 2010 - As part of Bessemer Blast 2010, the Gogebic County Natural Resources Center will hold an Activity Day for individuals, youth, and families on Wednesday, June 30, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

The Natural Resources Center is located on Moore Street, between Massie Field and Bluffview Park, in Bessemer.

MSU Extension staff invite residents and area visitors to come and participate in “Minute-to-Win-It” body-moving activities! Mark Bale and Gogebic County Forestry staff will demonstrate and assist participants in papermaking during the morning hours. Other partners at the NRC, the Gogebic Conservation District and the Gogebic County Fair, will have informational displays.
