Iron Co. Farmer's Market Hold Spring Membership Meeting

HURLEY, WI - Friday, June 18, 2010 - The Iron County Farmer’s Market held their Spring 2010 membership meeting Wednesday evening, June 16, 2010. The Iron County Farmer’s Market has been selling fresh produce grown locally since 1979. The meeting was held in the home of Pat and Joe Cattelino of the JoPac Farm and Market. Topics on the agenda included opening day for the Farmer’s Market, table rental fees and membership. At this time, opening day will be around mid July, no firm date was set. Farmers and produce growers interested in renting a table can call Ron Ahonen at (715) 561-2993.
