City Commission to Hold Public Hearing & Special Meeting Monday

IRONWOOD, MI - Sunday, March 28, 2010 - The Ironwood City Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 PM, on Monday, March 29, 2010, in the Commission Chambers on the second floor of the Ironwood Memorial Building, to hear comment on the City of Ironwood Revolving Loan Fund request from the City of Ironwood (purchase and modify the front entrance and concourse of the Historic Ironwood Theatre), in the amount of $70.000.

Following the Public Hearing, the Commission will hold a special meeting at approximately 6:05 PM. Items on the agenda for the special meeting include: (A) Special Meeting Called to Order, Recording of the Roll; (B) Discuss and consider Inter Local Agreement for the establishment of Western Upper Peninsula Revolving Loan Fund Consortium; (C) Discuss and consider Financing Contract and Lease between the City of Ironwood and the Gogebic Range Water Authority; (D) Consider adopting Resolution #010-016 approving the City of Irownood Revolving Loan Fund request from the City of Ironwood (Purchase of Historic Ironwood Theatre Front Concourse), in the amount of $70,000; and (E) Adjournment.
