Flu Shot Clinic Scheduled Friday November 12

IRONWOOD, MI - Wednesday, November 10, 2010 - Aspirus Grand View will be holding Flu Shot Clinics on Friday November 12th, 2010, from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. at Super One Foods in Ironwood.

Ages 5 and older are welcome. A $25 charge will be collected at the time of service. Medicare is accepted. We are not able to accept Medicaid at these clinics. If you have commercial insurance a receipt will be provided for you to submit to your insurance carrier. Please call 932-6208 if you have any questions.
