See Ya Next Year... Maybe?

OMAN'S HARBOR, LAKE SUPERIOR - Monday, October 18, 2010 - Oman's Harbor was dredged for the last time this season on Saturday,October 16th. The restrooms were also locked and boarded up.

These are usually only signs of the season, but with the recent controversy surrounding the area lately, nobody is really sure if this is a seasonal closing or something more permanent. The weather forecast shows normal precipitation and temperature ranges for October, however.

Today -  Mostly sunny. Highs around 51. West winds 5 to 10 mph.

Tonight - Partly cloudy. Lows around 31 inland to around 40 at the shore. Inland...west winds 5 to 10 mph. Near the shore... southwest winds 10 to 15 mph becoming west 15 to 20 mph overnight.

Tuesday - Mostly cloudy. Highs around 51. West winds 5 to 15 mph.

Tuesday Night - Mostly cloudy. Lows around 35 inland to around 42 at the shore. West winds 5 to 10 mph.

Wednesday - A 20 percent chance of rain showers in the afternoon. Mostly cloudy. Highs around 57. West winds 5 to 15 mph.

Wednesday Night - Mostly cloudy. Lows around 32 inland to around 40 at the shore.

Thursday and Thursday Night - Partly cloudy. Highs around 50. Lows around 28 inland to around 37 at the shore.

Friday - Mostly sunny. Highs around 54.

Friday Night - Clear. Lows around 32 inland to around 40 at the shore.

Saturday - Mostly sunny. Highs around 57.
