Planning Commission to Hold Public Hearing on Norrie School Apartment Project

IRONWOOD, MI - Wednesday, January 26, 2011 - There will be a Public Hearing followed by the Regular Meeting of the Ironwood Planning Commission, on Wednesday, February 2, 2011 beginning at 5:00 P.M., in the Commission Chambers, on the second Floor, of the Municipal Memorial Building, in Downtown Ironwood, Michigan.

The Agenda for the Public Hearing is as follows:

3. Open Public Hearing.

4. PUBLIC HEARING: To review and hear comments on a proposal to rezone the Norrie School property from R-1 Single Family Residential to R-2 Multi- Family Residential. A rezoning constitutes an amendment to the City of Ironwood Zoning Ordinance.

5. Close Comment Section of Public Hearing.

6. Consider Action on Rezoning.

7. Adjourn Public Hearing.
